Fayon Witche MA, LPC is the owner of Pathway Counseling LLC., its lead Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and is certified to practice in the state of New Jersey.  After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bloomfield College she then went on to graduate school and received her Master’s degree in Counseling from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in Nyack NY.

Fayon specializes in trauma-based treatment and working with adolescents and their families through individual and family therapy models. After completing her degree Ms. Witche has been working with mental health agencies that partner with DCPP, Juvenile Justice Commission, and in positions providing trauma-focused therapy, crisis intervention, individual, family and group 

therapy. Fayon has worked with a wide variety of clients from different backgrounds and cultures. She understands the value of culture and its impact on an individual’s lifestyle and choices.  Her experience includes treating Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Behavioral/Anger management issues, Personality disorders, and Trauma.

Fayon has facilitated workshops and seminars in schools, conferences and community-based organizations on various mental health topics such as depression, healthy relationships, self-esteem and stress management. She has been trained in ARC (Attachment Regulation and Competency) trauma model of treatment and the Nurtured Heart Approach. She is trained and experienced in providing spiritual and faith-based therapeutic interventions and believes in the importance of spirituality and its connection to the healing process.

Fayon published her first book Conversations of the Heart in 2017 and has written articles for the Tri-State Voice journal. She has been featured on NJTV news segment.
